The Denver Mint is one of the world’s largest coin-producing mints, manufacturing billions of coins annually for circulation and other United States Mint products. It serves as a primary production facility for the U.S. Mint and historically has produced a substantial share of circulating U.S. coinage. The facility houses coining presses and security vaults and operates in downtown Denver.
