Arthaus is a striking 525 ft tall luxury residential skyscraper located at 301 South Broad Street in Philadelphia's vibrant Avenue of the Arts District. Completed in 2022 at a cost of $253 million, it features 41 floors with 108 residential units and an impressive 36,000 sq ft of amenities, including a fitness center, a unique rooftop greenhouse, a library, and an outdoor pool. The building also offers 4,200 sq ft of retail space on the ground floor, making it a hub of activity. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, Arthaus stands as a modern landmark opposite the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, marking their first residential project in the city.
