Poth and Schmidt Development Houses

The Poth and Schmidt Development Houses are a remarkable set of six historic double houses located in the Powelton Village neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Built in 1890, these three-story brick buildings showcase the elegant Queen Anne architectural style, featuring distinctive mansard roofs with terra cotta shingles, inviting front porches, and prominent three-story bay windows. Notably, one of the houses at 3314-3316 Arch Street includes a charming corner tower.
