Fremont Street Experience 'Viva Vision' canopy

The Viva Vision LED canopy was installed over a five-block section of Fremont Street in 1995 to create the Fremont Street Experience, a pedestrian mall with nightly light and sound shows. The canopy hosts regularly scheduled multimedia shows and live-concert events and is a major attraction in downtown Las Vegas. The installation fundamentally changed the presentation of Fremont Street as an entertainment corridor.
