Dunes Hotel and Casino (former Strip site)

The Dunes operated on the Las Vegas Strip from the 1950s until it closed and was demolished in 1993. The property was known for its Arabian-themed decor and showroom entertainment during its operation. The Dunes site was cleared to make way for the Bellagio resort, which opened on that location later in the 1990s.
