Commercial Cable Company Building

The Commercial Cable Company Building, an early skyscraper located at 22–24 Broad Street Extension in Manhattan, was constructed between 1896 and 1897. Designed by Harding & Gooch, this historicist-style building reached a height of 92.7 meters (304 feet) and featured 22 stories adorned with rich decorations and two prominent domes. It served as a significant architectural landmark for half a century before being demolished in 1954, making way for a modern 27-story office building.
