The Polish National Home, located at 60 Charter Oak Avenue in Hartford, Connecticut, is a historic ethnic community support organization housed in a striking Art Deco building designed by Polish-American architect Henry Ludorf in 1930. Established to assist Polish immigrants who began settling in the area in the late 19th century, it served as a cultural hub for the local Polish community, hosting various events and activities. The building features distinctive architectural elements, including eagle crests symbolizing Polish identity and octagonal window patterns. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983 and was recently sold to For His Glory Church Ministries in 2022, marking a new chapter in its storied history.
