Windsor Forge Mansion, also known as Windsor Place, is a historic house located in Caernarvon Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Built in the 18th century, it showcases a blend of architectural styles with sections dating back to 1742, 1765, and 1815. The mansion was owned by notable local families, including the Van Leers, who were prominent in the iron industry. The property features several contributing buildings, including a smokehouse, spring house, and summer kitchen, all from the mid-1700s. The mansion was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990 and is notable for its connection to artist Blanche Nevin, who renovated the house in 1899 and added a studio. This historic site offers a glimpse into the region's industrial past and architectural evolution.
