Graffiti Park at Castle Hill / HOPE Outdoor Gallery (former site)

Graffiti Park at Castle Hill, later operated as the HOPE Outdoor Gallery, was a legal outdoor graffiti and street-art site on the retaining wall above the north end of the Baylor Street hill in central Austin. The site at this address hosted rotating murals and community-painted works from roughly 2011 until its closure and demolition in 2019 to make way for redevelopment; it is frequently cited in histories of Austin street-art culture. Plans and efforts to relocate the HOPE Gallery have been documented by local media and arts organizations.
