Hall of Fossils - Deep Time (reopening 2019)

The Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History reopened its renovated Hall of Fossils - Deep Time on June 8, 2019. The exhibit replaced the museum's previous Hall of Fossils and presents an updated timeline of life on Earth using mounted skeletons, casts, fossils, and interactive displays. The renovation incorporated new research-based interpretations and modern exhibit technologies.
