Huawei Ox Horn Campus

The Huawei Ox Horn Campus is a unique European-themed model village located on the picturesque south shore of Songshan Lake in Dongguan, Guangdong province, China. Built in the late 2010s, it serves as the research and development hub for the technology giant Huawei. The campus features twelve distinct groups of buildings inspired by famous European cities, including replicas of Heidelberg Castle and structures from Bruges, Český Krumlov, and more, all interconnected by a tram system reminiscent of Swiss railway designs. Notably, the campus was the site of the 'Battle of Songshan Lake' in 2019, where over 2,000 engineers collaborated to develop Huawei Mobile Services as an alternative to Google Mobile Services, marking a significant moment in the company's history.
