Ozmer House

The Ozmer House is a well-preserved historic dogtrot house built in 1883, located on the Southern Arkansas University farm in Magnolia, Arkansas. Originally situated two miles from the courthouse square, it was moved to its current location near a small pond. The house showcases authentic interior and exterior features, making it a significant example of 19th-century architecture. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, attracting both tourists and researchers interested in Arkansas's architectural heritage.
