Ford Field - Super Bowl XL host

Ford Field opened in 2002 as an indoor stadium in downtown Detroit and serves as the home of the NFL's Detroit Lions. It was the site of Super Bowl XL on February 5, 2006, the first Super Bowl played in Detroit. The venue also hosts college football games, concerts, and other large-scale events.
