Hubbell Warehouse

The Hubbell Warehouse is a historic seven-story building located in downtown Des Moines, Iowa, recognized for its architectural significance and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2010. Designed by the prominent local firm Proudfoot, Bird & Rawson, this 80-foot tall structure features a rigid frame of concrete with a brick facade. Once home to businesses like Firestone Rubber Company and L & L Insulation, it has been transformed into modern apartments, making it a unique blend of history and contemporary living.
