Wish Tree (Yoko Ono) at MoMA

Wish Tree is a participatory installation by Yoko Ono that is part of the Museum of Modern Art's collection and has been installed in the museum multiple times. The work invites visitors to write wishes on paper, tie them to the branches of a tree, and thereby contribute to an evolving, audience-created artwork. MoMA has displayed versions of Wish Tree in its galleries and included the work in public programs.
