Red Cube (Isamu Noguchi sculpture at 140 Broadway)

The Red Cube is a painted-steel sculpture by Isamu Noguchi installed outside 140 Broadway in Lower Manhattan in 1968. The large red geometric work with a central void has been a long-standing, frequently photographed public artwork and appears often in street photography and social-media images of the Financial District.
