Zurbrugg Mansion

The Zurbrugg Mansion, also known as The Columns, is a historic house located in Delanco Township, New Jersey, built in 1910 in the Classical Revival style by architects Furness, Evans & Co. After serving as a nursing home and being vacant for several years, it was renovated and reopened in 2010 as a 27-unit Independent Senior Residence. The mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its architectural significance and is part of a larger development that includes luxury townhouses. Originally home to watchmaker Theophilus Zurbrugg, the mansion offers a glimpse into early 20th-century architecture and local history.
