Fuxing Barn

The Fuxing Barn, located in Fuxing Township, Changhua County, Taiwan, is a historic site that dates back to 1928, built during Japanese rule. Originally constructed by the Fuxing Farmers' Association, it served as a storage facility for rice from the region and is recognized as the largest Japanese-style barn in central Taiwan. The barn features traditional architecture using rough shell rice, rice straw, and clay, with a unique ventilation system designed to preserve the quality of the stored rice.
