Salmon Run Bell Tower

The Salmon Run Bell Tower is a striking 69-foot bell tower and glockenspiel located in Esther Short Park, Vancouver, Washington. Designed by architect Cindy Sterry, it features a clock and a unique glockenspiel diorama that narrates the story of the Chinookan peoples. The tower is adorned with the art installation Spiraling Salmon by Jim Demetro, showcasing bronze sculptures of salmon. Dedicated in 2002, the tower was funded by philanthropist George Propstra, who contributed $3 million, making it a significant cultural landmark in the area.
