James Parker House

The James Parker House, located in Shirley, Massachusetts, is a historic 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house dating back to around 1720. Originally a three-bay structure, it was expanded to its current five-bay width in 1797 by notable local figure James Parker. This house is significant as one of the few remaining 18th-century buildings in the area and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, making it an interesting site for both tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture and history.
