Tom McCall Waterfront Park (major festival site)

Tom McCall Waterfront Park was created in 1978 after the removal of Harbor Drive and runs along the Willamette River in downtown Portland. The park is the regular site for major annual events such as the Waterfront Blues Festival and various Portland Rose Festival activities, and it hosts concerts, runs, and public gatherings throughout the year. It includes riverfront pathways, public art, and recreation space managed by Portland Parks & Recreation.
