Madison Centre

Madison Centre is a striking 530-foot-tall skyscraper located in Downtown Seattle, completed in October 2017. As the thirteenth-tallest building in the city, it features 37 floors of office space and is situated at the bustling intersection of 5th Avenue and Madison Street, near notable landmarks like the Seattle Central Library. Originally conceived in 2007, the project faced delays due to the economic recession but was revived in 2012, leading to its eventual completion. The building houses a variety of tenants, including a prominent Amazon Go store, which was the second of its kind, and Hulu, which occupies a significant portion of the office space. Madison Centre is not only a modern architectural feat but also a hub of commercial activity in Seattle.
