Japanese Tea Garden bonsai and cherry trees

The Japanese Tea Garden in Golden Gate Park, established in 1894, is the oldest public Japanese garden in the United States. The garden maintains a collection of bonsai trees on display and seasonal sakura (flowering cherry) plantings that attract visitors during spring bloom.
