The Montreal Building, designed by renowned architect Oscar Niemeyer, is a notable apartment building located in São Paulo, Brazil. Completed in 1954, it was one of the first large-scale residential projects in the city, catering to the growing demand for high-rise living. The building features unique trapezoidal units ranging from 36 to 48 square meters, ideal for singles and small families. Its entrance hall is adorned with striking mosaics by Emiliano Di Cavalcanti.
