Indiana University North Residence Hall

Indiana University North Residence Hall, commonly known as North Hall, is a modern student residence located on the Indiana University Indianapolis campus. Opened in August 2016, it is the first traditional residence hall built since 1969, featuring 700 beds across 172,000 square feet. The hall offers a variety of room types, including singles and doubles, and includes amenities such as a computer lab, fitness center, and student lounges. Its contemporary design, which complements downtown Indianapolis, has earned it a LEED Silver Certification for sustainability.
