Kings House, Hove

Kings House is a historic Grade II listed building located in Hove, England, originally constructed between 1871 and 1874. Designed by James Knowles, it was initially seven mansion blocks inspired by Osborne House. Over the years, it has served various purposes, including a hotel and a Royal Navy facility during WWII. After being used as offices by Brighton and Hove City Council, it was sold in 2017 for £26 million and is being transformed back into housing.
