The Cheese Stick

The Cheese Stick, officially known as the Melbourne International Gateway, is a striking yellow sculpture located over the CityLink motorway in Parkville, Melbourne. Designed by the renowned architecture firm Denton Corker Marshall and unveiled in 2000, this 70-meter-long steel beam is a celebrated landmark that symbolizes the Victorian gold rush of the 1850s.
