Washington State Convention Center - multi-block downtown complex

The Washington State Convention Center opened in 1988 as Seattle’s primary large-scale meeting and exhibition facility and occupies multiple downtown blocks. The complex includes interconnected exhibition halls and skybridges to adjacent hotels and was expanded after its original construction to add more exhibit and meeting space. Its prominent glass-and-steel halls and central downtown location make it a key institutional building in Seattle’s urban core.
