Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens (Ima Hogg House)

Bayou Bend is the former home of philanthropist Ima Hogg and now houses the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston's collection of American decorative arts and paintings in a historic house museum. The estate includes extensive formal and woodland gardens and is interpreted as an example of early 20th-century Texas estate architecture and landscape design. Bayou Bend was given to the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and is operated by the museum as a public historic house and collection.
