Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA)

The Detroit Institute of Arts is a major art museum with a collection of more than 65,000 works spanning world cultures and centuries. The museum's Detroit Industry Murals by Diego Rivera, painted in 1932–1933, form a landmark fresco cycle located in the DIA's Rivera Court. The DIA also offers extensive educational programs and community outreach from its Woodward Avenue campus.
