The Net (building)

The Net is a planned 36-story high-rise office building in Downtown Seattle, designed to offer 850,000 square feet of office and retail space. Originally proposed as a supertall 77-story skyscraper, the project has undergone several revisions, with the latest design featuring a striking steel exoskeleton and a public marketspace at street level. The building aims to enhance the urban landscape and is part of a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan America. Although demolition of existing structures began in 2021, construction has yet to start, making it a point of interest for tourists and researchers observing Seattle's evolving skyline.
