Wells Fargo Place

Wells Fargo Place is the tallest building in St. Paul, Minnesota, standing at 471 feet with 37 stories. Opened in 1987, it features a striking facade of brown granite and glass sourced from Finland. Originally named The Minnesota World Trade Center, it houses offices for Wells Fargo and the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System. A notable feature is the Anthrosphere sculpture by Paul Granlund located in the lobby. Although designed to include a restaurant on the upper floors, this space was repurposed for storage. The building is a key landmark in the city and offers underground parking for visitors.
