Ruentex City Park

Ruentex City Park is an impressive skyscraper complex located in the Sanchong District of New Taipei, Taiwan. Featuring three skyscrapers, the tallest reaches 145.05 meters and includes 439 residential units across 35 floors, along with five basement levels. Completed in 2025, this modern development is integrated with the Sanchong metro station and houses a Citylink shopping mall on its lower floors. Notably, it made headlines when a penthouse unit sold for NT$114.66 million, marking a significant milestone as the highest-priced pre-sale unit in Sanchong's history.
