Sutton Dwellings, also known as the Sutton Estate, is a historic residential complex in Chelsea, London, consisting of 14 red-brick buildings designed for social housing. Established in 1913 by the William Sutton Trust, the estate originally housed 2,200 residents in 764 apartments. In 2019, the estate was designated as part of a conservation area, ensuring the protection of its architectural heritage.
