Cressbrook Farm

Cressbrook Farm, also known as the Former Quarters of Brigadier General Duportail, is a historic house in Tredyffrin Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Built around 1745 and expanded in 1825, this 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay stuccoed stone structure served as the headquarters for Brigadier General Louis Lebègue Duportail during the American Revolution at Valley Forge. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972, and features an adjacent Federal Barn listed in 1980, making it a significant site for both history enthusiasts and tourists.
