McMenamins Kennedy School

McMenamins Kennedy School occupies the former Kennedy Elementary School and was converted into a hotel, multiple bars, a movie theater, and event spaces. The complex regularly hosts concerts, film screenings, weddings, and community gatherings, and is a well-known example of Portland's adaptive reuse of historic buildings. Former classrooms have been repurposed into guestrooms, event rooms, and dining spaces.
