Zapruder film frames at Dealey Plaza

The Zapruder film, shot by Abraham Zapruder from the Texas School Book Depository, captured the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. Frames from that film were widely circulated in the decades that followed and remain among the most reproduced images of the event. The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, located in the former depository building, documents the assassination and the history surrounding these images.
