Boston Massacre at the Old State House

The Boston Massacre occurred on March 5, 1770, when British soldiers fired into a crowd of colonists in front of the Old State House, killing five men including Crispus Attucks. The event was widely publicized by local leaders such as Paul Revere and Samuel Adams and helped escalate tensions leading to the American Revolution.
