Book Tower (David Broderick Tower)

The Book Tower is a 38-story skyscraper on Washington Boulevard designed by architect Louis Kamper and completed in 1926. It was a landmark of Detroit's 1920s building boom and sat largely vacant for decades afterward. In the 2010s the building underwent a multi-year restoration to return it to mixed-use occupancy including residences, retail, and hotel space.
