Exportbank Plaza

Exportbank Plaza is a prominent skyscraper in Makati, Philippines, standing at 155.1 meters with 36 floors and a basement. It serves as the headquarters for Export and Industry Bank and is strategically located near the Makati Central Business District. The building features a modern design with panoramic views of the city and Manila Bay, ample parking, high-speed elevators, and safety features like pressurized fire escape stairways. Originally known as Urban Bank Plaza, it was acquired by Exportbank in 2000 and later sold to Arthaland Inc. in 2009 for over Php 2.6 billion.
