CityScape elevated plazas and skywalks

CityScape Phoenix is a multi-level mixed-use complex whose upper plazas, terraces, and skywalks create framed viewpoints of the downtown skyline and surrounding urban blocks. These elevated public and semi-public spaces are used by office workers, diners, and visitors to view and photograph downtown from above street level. The complex spans a block along Washington and First Avenue and is a known urban plaza network in central Phoenix.
