The Charlie Palmer Hotel was a proposed 371-room boutique hotel in downtown Las Vegas, initially announced in 2006 by renowned chef Charlie Palmer. Set to be built on a 3-acre site at Symphony Park, the project aimed to offer a non-gaming experience with amenities like a sky lounge, multiple restaurants, and a health spa. However, due to economic challenges and delays, construction was repeatedly postponed, and by 2022, the project was officially shelved, marking the end of a vision that sought to redefine hospitality in Las Vegas.
