Goodwin Square is a striking 30-story skyscraper located in Downtown Hartford, Connecticut, standing at 522 feet tall. It is the third tallest building in both Hartford and the state. The complex features the office tower and the adjoining Goodwin Hotel, making it a notable landmark in the area. After facing foreclosure in 2013, the building was purchased in 2015 by a real estate firm, marking a new chapter for this iconic structure.
