Seven Magic Mountains (Ugo Rondinone)

Seven Magic Mountains is a large-scale public art installation by Swiss artist Ugo Rondinone, installed in 2016 and consisting of seven towers of brightly painted, stacked boulders located south of the Las Vegas urban area. The high-contrast colors and monumental stacked-rock forms quickly made the site an Instagram and photography hotspot, with countless visitor photos and viral shares across social platforms. The installation is sited along Las Vegas Boulevard South near the I-15 corridor and is promoted as a public art destination outside the Strip.
