Winchester City Mill

The Winchester City Mill is a historic water mill located on the River Itchen in the heart of Winchester, England. Dating back to at least 1086, it has a rich history, including ownership by Queen Ælfthryth and a transformation into a community asset by Mary I. After years of decline, the mill was restored in 2004 and now operates as a functioning mill, offering flour milling demonstrations and housing a café and shop.
