Tom McCall Waterfront Park - replacement of Harbor Drive

Tom McCall Waterfront Park occupies the riverfront land where Harbor Drive, a downtown four-lane freeway, once ran; Harbor Drive was removed in 1974 as part of a city-led effort to reclaim the Willamette Riverfront.
