Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, this 40-acre ranch features a one-story residence built in the Prairie School architectural style using local sandstone. The site includes the original ranch house, a smokehouse, and a spring house, all contributing to its historical significance from 1910 to 1935. The ranch has a rich history, starting with Dr. Charles E. Daily's purchase of land in 1908 and its subsequent ownership by notable figures like Frank A. Gillespie, who expanded the ranch and its cattle herd.
