Brentmoor, also known as the Spilman-Mosby House, is a historic site in Warrenton, Virginia, notable for its connection to Confederate leader John Singleton Mosby. Built in 1859, the Italianate-style house features distinctive architectural elements such as a central bay with a tri-part window and a single-story porch supported by bracketed columns. The property has a rich history, having served as a residence for prominent figures including Judge Edward M. Spilman and Congressman Eppa Hunton. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1978 and briefly housed the John Singleton Mosby Museum.
