The Canfield-Moreno Estate, also known as the Paramour Estate, is a historic Mediterranean Revival mansion located in the Moreno Highlands neighborhood of Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Built in 1923 for Daisy Canfield, the estate has a rich history, hosting lavish parties for Hollywood elites and later serving as a home for girls. Designated as a Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument in 1988, it has been featured in numerous films and music videos, including 'Halloween H20' and Britney Spears' 'My Prerogative.' The estate's intriguing past includes tales of paranormal activity experienced by the band My Chemical Romance during their stay. Today, it stands as a boutique hotel and a captivating site for tourists and researchers alike.
