Kompagnistræde 32

Kompagnistræde 32 is a historic Neoclassical building located in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark, designed by architect Andreas Hallander and completed in 1799. Originally featuring three storeys above a walk-out basement, an additional storey was added in 1846. The building has a rich history, having housed a brewery in its rear wing until the 1860s and serving as the headquarters for the Danish Union of Teachers from 1957. Notably, it was listed as a protected building in 1968. Visitors can admire its architectural features, including decorative sandstone elements and a distinctive red tile roof. Today, the property is leased as office space, offering a glimpse into Copenhagen's architectural heritage.
